You can never get enough ramen – quick boil up some noodles, top with a scrambled egg and your favorite veggies and you’ve got a dinner everyone loves.
Breakfast fried rice
Everyone loves breakfast fried rice and no one is too good for it. Delish!
Cinnamon toast
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and then pour it on top of some buttered toast and then devour it. So simple and so delicious!
Rice and beans
How many of us have had rice and beans as kids? Its quick and easy and will take you back to your childhood. Another staple that can be turned into a new meal with some added veggies and new spices.

Mac and Cheese! Popular with kids and teens, yet once in a while, adults crave the goodness of mac and cheese. Add a little bacon and jalapenos and you’ve got yourself a delicious meal.
Shin Ramen noodles
May I suggest Shin ramen noodles, especially the black version. If you like spicy foods, they are game-changing and will always be a fave.
Grilled cheese sandwiches
Grilled cheese sandwiches. It must be made with the cheap grocery store white bread and American cheese. A classic growing up.
Canned tuna
Canned tuna. I always loved tuna. A tuna sandwich, as a salad or on its own. Packed with protein and so easy to grab.
Potatoes
I love potatoes because they are so versatile. You can boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew…we can’t live without potatoes.
Tortilla and butter
Butter on a flour tortilla warmed up. Once you try it, you’ll love it too. It’s the quick simple snacks people love and remember once they’re grown up.
Spam n eggs
So many love spam and eggs. We grew up on it, and once in a while, you just want to make it for the memory alone.
