What is a Mozzarella Stick?
Mozzarella sticks are usually made of mozzarella cheese sticks that are coated in a breading, and then fried to make them super crispy. They're a popular appetizer and are best served hot!

My favorite Airfryer is the Ninja Foodi oven. I love it because it takes less than a minute to preheat and can be easily stored on the counter without taking up a ton of space. The Ninja Foodi Oven also is a multi-purpose so you can get more use out of it than just air frying!

Airfryer Benefits
Airfryers are versatile and can be used for many different types of food. You don't need to heat up the whole kitchen just to make a snack, which is perfect during hot summer months. They also don't use any extra oil so make crispy snacks without the extra calories!
Airfyers also cook food at a fraction of the time so they're perfect for quick dinners and snacks.
How to Make Frozen Mozzarella Sticks in the Air Fryer
Making mozzarella sticks in the air fryer is super easy! All you need to do is:
Open the bag and place the mozzarella sticks inside the air fryer basket. Make sure you don't stack them!
Cook the mozzarella sticks at 360 degrees for about 6 minutes
After 6 minutes check on them - if they aren't golden browned on the outside, flip them over and cook for another 2 minutes or so.
Allow mozzarella sticks to cool for a minute or two before eating.
Serve with a side of your favorite dip or marinara sauce!
Recommended Dips
My favorite dip for mozzarella sticks is marinara sauce! It makes it taste just like pizza. My favorite to use is Rao's marinara, but you could also make your own.
Some frozen mozzarella sticks also come with their own marinara sauce or dip.
How to Store Leftovers
I don't recommend storing leftovers. Mozzarella sticks are best served fresh! I recommend making just enough to eat.
If you do have leftovers, you could store them in the fridge and reheat later but they might end up a little mushy.
Frozen Mozzarella Sticks Tips and Tricks
Make sure to keep the mozzarella sticks in a single layer so they bake evenly.
Keep an eye on mozzarella sticks as they cook to make - some air fryers may cook at a faster rate!
If your air fryer requires preheating, make sure to preheat it to 360 degrees before cooking.
