It’s been 1 month since I’ve started implementing the diet Always Eat After 7 PM and I’m really happy with how things are going. I’m finding that the diet is almost becoming second nature to me. I’m able to still eat my favorite foods but have learned more on when I should be eating them
My Always Eat After 7PM Results
I’ve found that my energy levels have increased significantly since beginning this diet. Before this diet, I was having 3-4 coffee a day and that’s dramatically decreased to maybe 1 a day. I think this is in part to me eating more balanced and drinking way more water than I had in the past
Your brain will release the neurotransmitters and hormones that will help you regulate your hormones and burn more stored fat each day. You don’t have to be burdened with trying to eat every few hours. With intermittent fasting, dieting becomes much easier to adhere to and the benefits are remarkable.
I’ve also found that I don’t miss breakfast as much as I thought I would! I realized eating breakfast was more of a habit than something my body needed – and the results have been in my running and workouts (and being able to keep up with my 20 month old!).
The best part of the diet is that it’s easy to follow as a mom. I’m not eating highly processed foods at weird times – it’s all normal balanced food that I am happy to serve to my family. I’m able to still sit down with my family and eat all the same things they eat. Plus I’m not feeling deprived at all!
Overall I’ve been really happy with this experience and am so happy I was able to try this diet out and am going to continue with it. The book had all the resources I needed and I found it was really easy to adapt to my lifestyle. I’m a big fan of the recipes and meal plans it comes with and plan to continue on with it.
