One of the most appealing things to me is how to book is laid out. I don’t have a lot of extra time and found that the book was set up that it was easy to find the info I needed. The book starts out with the studies and science behind the diet, as well as Joel’s personal experience. Then it hops into explaining the different phases with easy to follow meal plans
Changing my Habits
This book has helped me change my habits by changing when I eat. In the past, I always felt like I had to eat breakfast – no matter what.What I found through this process is that I was actually just thirsty when I woke up.

The book contains a TON of recipes that are really easy to make. There are over 70 recipes included in the book and Joel tells you exactly when to eat them and serving sizes. So far my favorites have been the Cheesy Ground Beef Skillet and No Bake Salted Caramel Bars – I actually have to make a double batch of these because my husband is also a big fan.
