I love summer and I love drinking a little sparkling wine on my patio. Unfortunately, since I’m pregnant that means I have to take a break from my usual sparkling wine this summer. If you are in the same boat as me, don’t worry!

There are plenty of non alcoholic drinks that you can enjoy this summer to cool off and be social with your friends. I have compiled a list of the best different booze free drinks that will keep you refreshed all season long!

Please note that while these are NA drinks, some flavors may contain herbs or ingredients that aren’t safe for pregnancy. Always read labels before drinking and check with your doctor or midwife.

No. 2 by Curious Elixirs

Simply put, these things are amazing. Curious Elixirs are completely booze free craft cocktails that taste just like your favorite drinks – plus (from their site) “they’re infused with adaptogens to help you unwind”. AKA They’re non-alcoholic drinks that actually can help you relax.

My favorite drink is the No. 2 craft drink, which is like a spicy margarita meeting a dark and stormy. It’s super refreshing, perfectly balanced and helps me relax at night. Each bottle contains about 2 generous sized drinks.

Curious Elixirs is available on their website starting at $35 for a case.

Athletic Brewing Company Craft Beers

I love a good cold beer at the beach or on a hot day and Athletic Brewing Company has the perfect beers! The beers taste just like the regular craft beer you’d find at breweries, but they contain no alcohol. My favorite is Free Wave IPA, which is a really refreshing and light.

You can find Athletic Brewing Company’s beers on their website or at retailers like Total Wine and other retailers starting around $12/six pack.

Ritual Zero Proof

A spirit without the alcohol? Absolutely! The newest trend in alcohol consumption is to enjoy a cocktail without the hard stuff. Ritual Zero Proof offers delicious cocktails that are made with all natural juices and no alcohol. I don’t know how they do it but these liquors actually do taste just like the real thing. They’re currently available in Whiskey, Gin and Tequila and hopefully a vodka will be added next!

Ritual Zero Proof can be used in place of liquor in your favorite drinks in a 1:1 ratio. My favorite is a little Ritual Zero Proof Gin with Tonic for a refreshing non alcoholic G&T.

Ritual Zero Proof can be purchased through their website and starts at $26 a bottle.

Modica Tart Cherry Old Fashioned

Modica Tart Cherry Old Fashioned is a super foods mixer that can be served either with alcohol (bourbon is recommended) or non alcoholic with a sparkling water to make it a mocktail. It’s the perfect drink to unwind with and is a drink I feel good about drinking because it’s low in calories and filled with superfoods like tart cherries.

They also have other flavors like Cucumber Aloe Margarita and Tumeric Ginger Mule.

Modica Mixers can be purchases through their website and start at $13.99 a bottle.
