What is Puppy Chow?

Puppy Chow (also known as monkey munch, muddy buddies, or reindeer munch) is a dessert snack that is believed to have originated in the Midwest. Unlike a traditional chex mix recipe that’s savory, this s’mores puppy chow is a sweet dessert.

It’s a really popular party dessert because it’s so delicious and simple to make. Chex now even makes a packaged version of it called Muddy Buddies in stores!
