Growing up I used to love uncrustables. Recently we went on a road trip and I re-discovered them and became hooked on them again.
I love how easy they are as a grab and go lunch and how mess-free they are for my toddler.

Recipe Tips and Variations
Uncrustables are great frozen! To freeze, wrap tightly in saran wrap and then place in an airtight freezer bag. Freeze for up to 6 months. To defrost, take out to the freezer 5-6 hours before serving.
Frozen uncrustables are great for school lunches! Take directly from freezer and put in a lunch box and it'll defrost in time for lunch.
