This lightened up version is a version I've been making for my family for years that's been a hit! It has all the flavors and textures, but has secret good-for-you ingredients. Enjoy your chocolate chip cookie pie without the guilt!

🥘 Ingredients
- 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 ⅓ cup coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
🔪 Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend until completely mixed.Fold in the chocolate chips and. pour the batter into a non-stick 9" pie dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until golden browned. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving
