Peloton recently released a bunch of prenatal and postnatal core classes to their on-demand library. However, some members might not want to see these types of classes showing up in their library. In this post, I’ll share with you how you can hide all prenatal and postnatal content from Peloton.

How to Hide Peloton Prenatal and Postnatal Classes
On the Bike or Tread
To hide the prenatal and postnatal classes on the bike or tread, click on the 3 dots at the bottom of your main screen (you must be logged into your profile).
Then click on Profile Settings
Then click on Preferences
Scroll down to the second section “Content Preferences” and check the box next to “Hide Pre/Postnatal Classes”
And that’s it!
This will hide all Prenatal and Postnatal classes from showing up in the On Demand library, but it won’t hide if there’s a live ride. Since Peloton released the prenatal and postnatal series there haven’t been any live classes, but this could change in the future.
Once you hide classes on your profile it’ll also carry over to workouts you do on other Peloton equipment as well as the Peloton digital app.
Prefer to watch how to do it? Here’s a quick video on how to hide prenatal and postnatal Peloton classes.
On the Peloton App
In the Peloton App click on the icon that says More on the bottom (next to Profile)
Click on Preferences (2nd option)
The second option on the Preferences screen will allow you to hide Pre/Postnatal Classes if you slide the button to the right. When it turns red it means it’s enabled.
Changing your preferences on here will also carry over to the Peloton bike and tread. The one thing to note is that this button will only hide on demand classes, and not live classes. However, since Peloton introduced their pre/postnatal classes they haven’t offered any live ones so this should cover it unless something changes.
How to Hide Prenatal and Postnatal Content on Your Profile
If you’re newly pregnant and want to jump into the prenatal content, but also don’t want to tell friends and family the exciting news just yet, you might want to hide prenatal content from showing up in your profile.
Unfortunately, Peloton hasn’t released a way to hide select classes so you do need to get a little creative with it if you do choose to take prenatal classes. But I should mention that when you’re early in your pregnancy and not showing, you can always still take the regular classes. Pregnancy modifications don’t generally begin until you’re showing so most of the classes you’ve been taking will be ok to take while pregnant. Be sure to consult with your doctor first though before doing any type of workout.
Another option is to hide all your classes from showing in your profile. This would make every class you take secret and even friends couldn’t see them in your profile. You could do this temporarily and then unhide your profile once you’ve told everyone.
The last option is to take classes and then delete them from your profile. The only downside to this is that these classes won’t count towards any badges since you’ll be deleting them.
Final Thoughts
I hope this article has been helpful in walking through how to hide Peloton prenatal and postnatal classes from your on-demand library and profile.
Wondering how to make every class I take secret? My sister in law is a nosy Nancy and she found out a friend of hers was pregnant by looking at the classes she was taking. I would like to take the prenatal classes but we still haven’t told anyone yet. I thought I was hiding it but he “hide prenatal classes” one, but that wasn’t correct. Thanks for your help!
