How to Read Kindle Books on the Peloton Treadmill and Bike

Peloton this week released a new Beta feature that is very exciting!

For years, one of the biggest drawbacks to getting a Peloton bike or treadmill was not being able to stream anything except Peloton classes.

This week, that’s all changed!

Peloton released a Beta version of their new Entertainment feature where you can stream Prime Video and Youtube TV directly on the bike and treadmill.

One of the best and kind of hidden features is that now that Prime Video is on Peloton, that means you can also read Kindle books!

In this post I’ll share with you how to get this new feature and start reading on your next workout.

How to Read Books

To read books on Peloton, first you’ll need access to the new Entertainment feature. Peloton. is slowly rolling this out so if you don’t see it yet, try checking your bike or treadmill for a software update.

The Entertainment feature is under “More Runs” on the Treadmill and will show next to the new Lanebreak game.

Tips and Tricks

The miles you do in this workout will count towards any mile challenges. you have going, as well as the annual challenge.

I’m so happy to see Peloton add in features like this! At this time you can’t stream Netflix, but I’m hoping that feature will be added in the future!

One thing to note is that Amazon Video and Youtube TV are paid services and you’ll need memberships on each of these streaming services to get them to work. This isn’t currently included in your Peloton membership.
