I’ve got one month of Orangetheory down and it feels so good! I’m really happy that I decided to go with the unlimited plan because I ended up going 17 times last month! I’m especially proud of that because I ended up traveling a majority of the month and was able to get my workout in everywhere I went.

Monthly goal: my goal this month was just to get back into the swing of things. I didn’t want to start out too aggressive with my paces because it’s been a while, so I started conservatively and gradually boosted my speeds. I finished the month at base 6, push 7 and all out 8.5.
Studios visited: I traveled quite a bit this month for work and the holidays so I got to visit a few new studios! I visited Glendale Spring Lake in California, Davenport in Iowa and the uptown Minneapolis location. It was so nice to visit new studios and be so welcomed!
Favorite Workout: my favorite workout this month was the Christmas Eve workout. I did this workout at the Uptown Minneapolis location with a friend so might be a little biased about it. It was a really quick tornado “Presents or Coal” where you rolled the dice and it determined what you did - I ended up getting a lot of burpees and hill sprints! But afterwards my friend and I went out to brunch
This months goal: my goal for this month is to go at least 17 times and improve my speeds. I want to end the month at a base of 6.5, push 7.5 and all out at 9.
