I love snacks that are easy to make and will keep me full for hours. I’m a huge fan of energy balls (sometimes also called energy bites) because they’re easy an easy no bake recipe that even my toddler can help make with me.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Energy Balls are one of our favorite types of to make because they’re super creamy from peanut butter and have a little pop of “jelly” from the dried cranberries (and none of the mess like a regular PB&J sandwich!). Once you try making these you’ll be hooked!
