Here’s How to Find Everything in the 2022 Peloton App Update

Peloton recently did a major revamp of the digital app! If you’re like me, you might’ve been having a little trouble finding where everything moved to. I’ve had a chance to play around with the app and wanted to share where all your favorite features moved to.

Where to Find Just Work Out

One of the biggest changes to the app was that the Just Workout feature moved to the homepage. You can find this feature in the bottom right corner of the app, in a red circle.

When you click on this red button you’ll be brought to a screen where you can select which type of workout you want to do. Currently the Just Workout feature supports:

Outdoor Running

Outdoor Walking

Outdoor Cycling

Cycling

Running

Walking

Yoga

Strength

Cardio

Meditation

Stretching

There currently isn’t an option to select a Just Workout for rowing, however I think once the Peloton Row is released we’ll see that feature added.

Where to Find Live Classes

Live classes also moved in the app! To find live classes, click on the top right corner of the app main screen.

When you click on this button you’ll be brought into the screen where you can see all upcoming classes for all class types. You’ll be able to filter too to find whichever class you’re looking for.

Peloton did add a section on the app to see that days live class schedule. When you scroll down on the homepage you’ll see a section where you can see all the upcoming live classes.

How to Find Classes, Collections and Programs

In the new app update, Peloton changed the layout of where to find classes, collections and programs. To get to the on demand classes, click on the center of the app that says “Workouts”.

Inside this tab you can filter through all the different on demand classes available, as well as see if any friends or tags are doing the workouts.

At the top, you can click on the tabs “Collections” or “Programs” to view the programs.

Conclusion

I hope this guide is helpful! I had a lot of trouble the first few days navigating the new app and finding all my favorite features. This is the first major app update in a few years so it really changed a lot about how the app was laid out, but the more that I use it the more I like this new style!
