A popular type of Power Zone class on Peloton is the Power Zone Max Ride. These rides are a part of the Peloton Power Zone training program and a great way to push the intensity during training.

Peloton Power Zone training is designed to be completed with different intensities. Power Zone Max Rides, in particular, are a way to reach your maximum effort.

These rides consist of intervals that begin and end with higher zone sprints.

By sprinkling in a few of these classes each week you’ll see you’ll see much more power and stamina in any ride, not just when you’re focusing on the output.

Power Zone training is based on 7 power zones determined by your output. Based on your output, the zones are created with zone 1 being the easiest and zone 7 being an all-out maximum effort.
