While I love everything about my Peloton bike, one thing that's always bugged me was the lack of a rotating screen. I bought the bike a month before the Bike+ was announced with the new rotating screen and was pretty bummed. I had waited so long for my bike delivery that I didn't want to send it back and wait longer to ride.
After googling around I came across the Pivot by Top Form and decided to give it a try. It's been a few months now that I've been using it and wanted to share my thoughts on it and if it's worth buying (spoiler alert: YES!).
What is the Topform Pivot?
The Pivot is an accessory for the Peloton Bike that makes it so the screen can rotate 360 degrees - this is a huge benefit when you're doing strength workouts or bootcamps.
The Pivot is made of high grade aluminum and designed to blend right into the bike. I've found this to be completely true and actually forget what my bike looked like before I installed it!
- Ships next business day 2-day air
- Machined out of high grade aluminum
- Black anodized for sleek look blending into bike
- Turns 360 degrees
- Easy to install (installation video on our Youtube channel)
- Designed and manufactured by us (TFD) right here in the US
How to Install the Pivot
When I opened the box I was intimidated with the instructions, but my husband was able to figure it out quickly (I'll be the firs to admit I'm not the best at projects like this). Chris was able to get the Pivot installed and ready to use in under 10 minutes and he said it was pretty easy to do.
Topform sends you all the tools and instructions you need to install, but they also have this helpful installation video as well
Topform Pivot Review
I've been using the Pivot for a few months now and can't imagine working out without it. It's made my workouts so much easier because I no longer have to workout in weird angles to still see my bike screen. The Pivot blends right in with the bike and it looks and feels like it's a normal part of the bike.
The Pivot rotates incredibly smoothly and the screen feels really secure. The screen does sometimes get a little stuck when I move it around the handlebars, but I've learned I just need to tilt the screen up a little before rotating.

Conclusion
If you do any workout besides cycling on the Peloton bike, I highly recommend getting a Pivot. The Pivot makes the screen easy to view at any angle and makes bootcamps and strength classes more enjoyable. The Pivot has quickly become an essential Peloton accessory for my home gym.

Hello! How did you lengthen the cable from your screen to your bike? Lately mine has been coming out when ai rotate the screen.
Ali
Oh no! I didn't have to lengthen mine when I installed it. Sometimes the wires will get a little loose and I need to replug them back in, but it doesn't happen too often
