Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F. Lightly spray with baking spray a large sheet pan and set it aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the oil and seasonings up to the parmesan cheese.
  • Next, add the broccoli florets and stir to coat. Transfer the broccoli to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Coat the chicken with the remaining oil mixture in the bowl.
  • Lay the chicken evenly spaced on the baking sheet, and spread the broccoli around the chicken.
  • Scoop out any remaining oil and seasoning mixture from the bowl onto the chicken and broccoli.
  • Sprinkle the chicken and broccoli florets with half of the shredded Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle the chicken and broccoli with olive oil, and sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese. Serve.
