Weeknights can get so busy. Between work and my kid’s activities, I just don’t have time to make a huge dinner. Enter the slow cooker!

I love slow cooker meals because they’re so easy to make and don’t require a lot of prep beforehand. It’s simply dump all the ingredients into the crock pot, turn it on and put the cover on. In just 5-8 hours you have a delicious sparerib waiting for you!

How to Store Leftover Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Spareribs

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. When you’re ready to eat, reheat it in the microwave for a few minutes until it’s warmed through.

You could also freeze this recipe for later. Once the spareribs have cooled down, put them into a freezer bag and freeze for up to 6 months. When you’re ready to eat, take the spareribs out of the freezer about 24 hours before eating and defrost in the fridge. Then reheat in the microwave until it’s warmed through.
