Pizza Party Picnic with Snow Days Pizza Bites
A few years ago when my husband was traveling for work, I came up with a fun activity for Little A and I. She was about a year old and was really getting into picnics and tea parties, so I came up with the idea of having a Pizza Party Picnic (I’m a sucker for alliteration).
The idea behind Pizza Party Picnic was that we would have a fun pizza dinner while having a picnic on our patio (which was a secret win for me. because it meant an easier dinner cleanup!). She instantly was a fan and thought it was so silly and fun to be eating on the picnic blanket.

Pizza Party Picnics quickly became her favorite thing and we ended up making this a weekly Friday night tradition. It’s become a really fun family activity we all look forward to every week!
Snow Days heard about our Pizza Party Picnics and sent us a bag of their new Pizza Bites to try! I was so excited to try
Snow Days provided us with a free sample of their new pizza bites, but all opinions are my own!
What Are Snow Days Pizza Bites?
First off – what is Snow Days? Snow Days are frozen pizza bites that are actually good for you. They’re made with organic and grain-free ingredients.

I’ve been trying to avoid buying freezer pizzas and pizza bites at the store because they generally aren’t the healthiest and are filled with artificial ingredients. I was so relieved when I saw Snow Day’s ingredient list and how everything was organic, grass fed and no artificial ingredients!
Snow Days Ingredients:
- Cassava
- Grass Fed Butter
- Mozzarella
- Free Range Eggs
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Apple
- Spinach
- Carrot
- Sweet Potato
- Bell Pepper
- Tomato
- Onion
- Spices
Each bag has 4 servings in each bag with 5 pizza bites making up a serving.
Snow Days Review
I made the pizza bites in our Ninja Foodi Air Fryer and they were done in 5 minutes on 400 degrees came out perfect! I did have to experiment a bit with timing because when I tried for a little longer, the insides started to burst out. 5 minutes on the air fryer setting was the perfect length!

The outside was crispy and the insides were melty and gooey. I liked how consistent the crust was on the outside – sometimes when I buy veggie snacks the crusts can be inconsistent from the different veggies they have but this wasn’t the case at all.

As for taste, these things are delicious and addicting. Both me and Little A gobbled them all up and ended up making seconds.

Conclusion
Overall we loved the pizza bites! Each bite was delicious and bursting with flavor. They are a little pricey when compared to the store bought versions, but they are worth it since they’re made with healthier ingredients.
