Last summer during a Starbucks run I decided to try their new “Egg Bites” and instantly became hooked! They were protein packed delicious little egg bites that were so light and fluffy. Unfortunately, they weren’t very friendly to my wallet or waistline so I started to limit how often I’d order them.
I’ve been playing around with my Instant Pot lately and decided to try to make a lightened up version of these yummy egg bites. After a few tries I came up with this insanely easy 4 ingredient recipe that tastes just like the Starbucks version! The great thing is they’re only 100 calories each so they’re a guilt-free breakfast or snack.

- Mix in the bacon
- Pour the batter evenly into the 7 silicone molds. Cover with aluminum foil

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Freeze Leftovers?
Yes! These Egg Bites can be frozen. To freeze them, store in an airtight container and freeze for up to 5 months. When you’re ready to serve, reheat them in the microwave to 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
Do I Need to Cover with Aluminum Foil?
I prefer to cover with aluminum foil while cooking because I found it helps them cook more evenly. Some readers have reported that they’ve been able to cook without any covering and they come out great too.
One thing I don’t recommend doing is using the egg bite mold cover while cooking. Some of the molds come with a plastic cover which will melt while you cook.
How Many Weight Watchers Points Are These?
I calculated these as 3 points each on the Blue Plan, but it will vary depending on which plan you follow and the ingredients you use. For the most accurate WW points, I recommend entering the recipe into the WW recipe builder in the app.
