Ingredients
- 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp diced green chilis (I like mild)
- 2/3 cup diced red onion
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to Make Turkey Burgers
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced green chilis, red onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
- Form into 4 flat patties. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- On a grill or skillet (medium heat), add the patties and cook until golden and cooked through – about 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve on a hamburger bun or lettuce bun with desired toppings and sides.

How to Store Leftovers
Leftover turkey burgers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refridgerator.
Turkey burgers can also be frozen! Either cooked or raw patties can be frozen for up to 5 months in an airtight container. To defrost, allow to sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking or serving. Heat up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes before serving.
