Step 1

1. In the Instant Pot, place the trivet and 1 cup of water.  Make sure to have the handles of the trivet facing up so it's easy to remove the silicone mold after cooking.

In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese and cheddar cheese. Tip: if adding in mix ins, don't add them in until after blended

Step 3

Blend with an blender or immersion blender until smooth, about 30 seconds

1Pour the batter evenly into the 7 silicone molds. Cover with aluminum foil. Once covered, put it into the Instant Pot
